If you wish to return or exchange an item you must submit a return authorisation
request within seven
days of receipt of your order. We will then send you a returns
authorisation number and instructions on how to return your item. Any
unauthorised returns may
be sent back to you at your cost.
Please remember that all items are legally your responsibility until they
are received so we strongly advise that you use a tracked and insured service
such as Special Delivery so you are covered if anything gets lost or damaged
in the post.
Returns are at your own cost.
There are no additional delivery charges for exchanges sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post or standard airmail. If you choose an item
of higher value than the one you are returning you will need to pay the difference.
If you choose an item of lower value we will refund the difference.
Earrings and body jewellery
Due to their nature and for your health and hygiene earrings and body
jewellery cannot be returned if they have been worn (this
includes trying on). If your jewellery arrived in a sealed package the
seal must remain intact. Any returns that have been worn will be refused and
sent back to you at your cost.
Mistakes and faulty items
If you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty you can
return it free of charge for a replacement. Please complete the form below
