Industrial Strength hypoallergenic titanium labret studs with screw-in 4mm natural shell cabochons. These labrets are internally threaded both ends for comfort during insertion with no risk of exposed threads catching or tearing the inside of your piercing. Particularly good for new or irritated piercings.
These are natural materials so each one is different. If you order two you will be sent as close a pair as possible.

Post length Labret studs are not adjustable so you
