Returns Policy

If we have made a mistake or you have received a faulty item
If you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty you can return it free of charge for a replacement. Please email us for instructions on how to return your item.

If you've changed your mind
Due to their nature and for your health and hygiene earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned if they have been worn (this includes trying on). If your jewellery arrived in a sealed package the seal must remain intact. Any returns that have been worn will be refused.

If you wish to return or exchange an item you may do so within seven working days of receipt provided the above conditions are met.

Returns are at your own cost. All items are your responsibility until they are received so please take them to the post office to make sure you are covered if they get lost or damaged in the post.
