Reward Points

For every £1.00 you spend you will earn 2 reward points.

You can also earn reward points by reviewing products you have purchased. For every review that is accepted your account will be credited with 5 points.

Each point is worth £0.01 so if you redeem 100 points you will receive a £1.00 discount.

You can redeem your points as discounts during the checkout process or you can choose to continue collecting.



Terms & Conditions

To find out how many reward you have earned, log into your account and your balance will be displayed on the left-hand side of the page.

Rewards points will be added to your account as pending points when your order is despatched. Pending points become available to spend seven days after your order is despatched.

Reward points cannot be earned on delivery charges.

For any goods that are returned reward points earned from the purchase of the goods will be deducted.

Points cannot be transferred from one customer account to another.

Points can only be earned if you have a customer account. If you choose to checkout with creating an account or without logging into your account you will not receive any reward points.
