Return policy

Most importantly first. All returns are at my discretion.

General policy (excluding the earrings and body jewellery)

If you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty you can return it free of charge for a replacement or refund.

If you choose to return an item for any other reason your payment will be refunded minus the original postage (shown on the stamp) and a £2 administration and restocking fee.

For exchanges, and alterations to handmade items, you will need to cover the postage for the alternative item. The service used (1st class, 2nd class, recorded delivery, etc.) will be your choice.

Items must be returned within seven days of receipt and be in resalable condition. It is strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or use a recorded delivery service.

Earrings and body jewellery

As there is no way to prove for certain that something hasn't been worn for hygiene reasons earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned or refunded for any reason other than they are faulty.

If the posts on your earrings are the wrong size I can supply the posts in another size on their own which is cheaper than a complete pair of earrings.
