Returns policy

Please for instructions before returning any item.

Earrings and body jewellery
Due to their nature and for your health and hygiene earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or you have received the wrong item.

General policy
If you wish to return an item you must within within seven working days of receipt.

If you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty you can return it free of charge for a replacement or refund. If you choose to return an item for any other reason this must be done at your cost.

Items are your responsibility until they are received so please take them to the post office to make sure you are coved if they get lost or damaged in the post.

For exchanges, including alterations to handmade items, you will need to cover the postage for the alternative item. The service used (1st class, 2nd class, recorded delivery, etc.) will be your choice.
