Prices

All prices on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP). VAT does not apply.

Delivery

UK orders are sent by first class post at no extra cost.
International orders are sent by airmail at no extra cost.

Orders are usually made and posted the same or next working day.

Variation

The nature of the items sold on this site means that no two will be exactly the same. Natural materials such as soapstone all have slightly different surface patterns. Handmade and hand painted beads (such as the fish) are also all slightly different.

Customers should also note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are sure that all customers will be delighted with their items upon receipt.

Cancellations

If, for any reason, you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you must inform us before the item(s) is made and dispatched, this is usually the same working day.

We will refund the full purchase price of the item within 30 days of the order being cancelled.

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.

We will attempt to resolve all complaints within 28 days of the date your complaint is received.

At all stages during the complaints process we will advise you, via email, of the steps we are taking to resolve the matter.

All content & images displayed on the website are the property of Serenity Jewellery. The design of all jewellery is copyrighted. Under no circumstances may you re-use any of the information on this site for your own personal gain, and no copying of the designs is allowed. Please respect the designers time in creating these items.

Anyone using or purchasing from Serenity Jewellery is deemed to have read and
understood the above terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in compliance with current UK & EU law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
