I've owned this ear cuff for at least 5 years now. I wear it 24/7 and never take it off. I love the way it looks flipped up or down the ear, and always get compliments for it all the time. The only down side is after time the screw on balls come loose and fall off. I've had to buy multiple bar and screw ball replacements. But I love it so much I try to stock up on extra's each time.

A verry pretty and unusual ear cuff and good to wear occasionally when you want to gte dressed up but if worn for long periods of time it can be a little incomfortable and I would reccomend taking it out to sleep.
Metal Allergies316L surgical steel is hypoallergenic but does contain a small amount of nickel. The nickel release rate is only around 0.02 0.02μg/cm2/week but it may cause a problem if you are very sensitive to nickel.Read more about steel grades, nickel release rates and metal allergies here.
How are cuffs/ear shields put in?
Hold the cuff in place and then put the barbell (with one of the balls already screwed on) through the hole in one side of the cuff/shield, your piercing and then the hole on the other side of the cuff/shield.
