Sterling silver ear cuff, 11mm high, with 12 cut-out stars on a 9mm 316L surgical steel barbell (1.2mm/16 gauge) with 3mm screw-on balls. Designed to be worn from the top of the ear.

The inside for the cuff is oxidised a dark grey colour which cannot be seen when worn but helps the stars to stand out.

Silver stars ear cuff

The service was very good. When I recieved the product, it had been squashed in in post so I emailed the company and they quickly responded. I soon recieved another in the post in a box so that it didn't happen again. The problem that I've had with the earring itself is that it rubs my ear and I fins it difficult to sleep. My ear was a bit swollen at the time though so I will try again. Very pretty though

I love all the earcuffs I've bought from Serenity. This one is very pretty, and as comfortable as all the others. You soon get the knack for putting them in, and can forget about them once they're there.

This cuff is comfortable, and looks good on, however there are two things worth taking into account:
1) It\'s a little tricky to put on (until you get the hang of it) as you have to slip the cuff part over your ear, then thread the barbel through blind (as the cuff prevents you seeing the piercing hole) and
2) When worn 24/7 in hot weather, the cuff doesn\'t allow the piercing to breath too well, resulting in slight swelling.

Metal Allergies
316L surgical steel is hypoallergenic but does contain a small amount of nickel. The nickel release rate is only around 0.02μg/cm2/week but it may cause a problem if you are very sensitive to nickel.

How are cuffs/ear shields put in?

Hold the cuff in place and then put the barbell (with one of the balls already screwed on) through the hole in one side of the cuff/shield, your piercing and then the hole on the other side of the cuff/shield.
