UPDATE • Serenity’s customer care team have been brilliant - they offered to replace or refund immediately & we’re super professional & kind in response to my experience with one of the ranges they stock - even though the product itself sadly didn’t work out (I have bought other items in the past which have been fabulous) I cannot fault them as a company

I bought 5, one unscrewed in my ear & I lost it, so I ordered one more to replace & another one unscrewed too - so frustrating
