We want you to love your purchase. If you have a reaction, order the wrong size or you simply don't like it then you can return it to us for a refund or exchange (even if worn!)

 

Returns

If you would like to return or exchange any item, you need to do so within 60 days of placing your order. 

To start your return, please contact us at enquiries@serenityjewellery.co.uk with your order number and details of which item(s) you would like to return/exchange. Please read the exceptions to this policy below.*

Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a link to generate a pre-paid return label/QR Code, and a deduction of £3.99 will be taken from your refund to cover the cost of the return.
You can choose to return your item using another shipping service; however, please notify us in advance if you intend to do so. We cannot accept liability or responsibility for lost items with third-party services, so we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
Please note the following return options are available with us:
  • Drop off at the Post Office (using a QR code)
  • Send via Post Box (print-at-home label)
  • Home collection (a label will be provided)
A few notes on exceptions:
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable.”
  • Partial returns of bundle items will result in the invalidation of the bundle price.
Exchanges
Please note that for exchanges, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacementOur team is happy to assist you with this process if needed.

Mistakes and faulty items
If you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
