I really like internally threaded labrets as I find them the most secure, I've used this in a tragus piercing that is a couple of years old and plan on using it once my right tragus has fully healed in another 7 to 8 months, they are a tiny bit tricky to get in but I have a little grabber tool for the end and I use a threader earring to quide the backs in.
Nice tiny earrings. I bought the 2mm earrings and found the threaded ball section really difficult to grip to be able to screw into the labret section. Once in they look great and there's absolutely no irritation. Also, I accidentally ordered the wrong guage, but within 5 minutes of me emailing Serenity, they responded, changed the order before shipping so I didn't have to deal with returns and sent me a new order confirmation. Really good customer service - thank you!

UPDATE • Serenity’s customer care team have been brilliant - they offered to replace or refund immediately & we’re super professional & kind in response to my experience with one of the ranges they stock - even though the product itself sadly didn’t work out (I have bought other items in the past which have been fabulous) I cannot fault them as a company

I bought 5, one unscrewed in my ear & I lost it, so I ordered one more to replace & another one unscrewed too - so frustrating
For over 6 months I've had pain swelling and redness in my ear piercings from the jewellery they were pierced with. I changed to these titanium ones and within a week my ear was noticeably better. The swelling has subsided and no more redness.

My piercing wasn’t healing after 9 months so I wanted to switch it to a different metal to hope it would help. I got this one and as soon as I put it in my ear started doing so much better, I think it’s finally starting to heal properly now but it’s still beautiful and sparkly.
I'd had gold studs for years with occasional irritation, but recently tried to replace them. I tried a few different ones but they all irritated my ears very quickly, despite supposedly being good quality. So I tried these and absolutely no irritation, and have kept them in 24/7, I don't even notice they are there. I was sceptical because they were a lot cheaper than the gold ones.
I bought this to replace a similar earring (from another supplier.) The old earring was too long, and so didn't fit snugly to my ear and often got caught on hair and clothing.
The item from Serenity is a perfect size and looks neat in my helix piercing.
Would recommend, and will probably order more is different styles.
