If you would like to return or exchange an item you need to do so within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please remember that all items are legally your responsibility until they are received so we strongly advise that you use a tracked and insured service such as Special Delivery so you are covered if anything gets lost or damaged in the post.
Returns are at your own cost.
Earrings and body jewellery
Due to their nature and for your health and hygiene earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned if they have been worn (this includes trying on or attempting to put the jewellery through a piercing). If your jewellery arrived in a sealed Blomdahl box, Caflon, Studex Plus or Studex Tiny Tips package the seal must remain intact.
Warning - All returns are inspected thoroughly with a normal light and a 365nm UV blacklight. Blacklight is used in forensics (think of the torches used to find blood and other stains on detective shows) and shows residue on worn jewellery that cannot be seen with the naked eye. So please do not return worn earrings or body jewellery. We can tell and it’s unpleasant and unhygienic to handle. On the rare occasions it does happen it’s also very disappointing. Any returns that have been worn will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.
Original delivery charge
If you would like a refund this will include the price of the economy delivery option only. If you chose a more expensive delivery option the full delivery charge will not be included in the refund.
For example if you return an order worth £20.70 where you chose to pay £5.70 for Express delivery you would receive a refund of £15.70 (the price of Express delivery minus the £0.70 value of economy delivery).
Economy delivery is free for orders over £20 so no delivery charges are refunded for orders over £20.
There are no additional delivery charges for exchanges sent to you by Royal Mail 48 (like 2nd class post) or standard airmail (you just need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us). If you choose an item of higher value than the one you are returning you will be emailed an invoice for the difference which will need to be paid before your exchange is sent. If you choose an item of lower value we will refund the difference.
