• any activity on the order, such as the date and time the order was despatched
Please note: No payment information, such as credit card numbers, is ever seen or stored within our site. This information is handled separately by Stripe or PayPal.
If you have chosen to create an account you can check the information that we hold simply by logging in. The IP address and the last time they logged in are not shown but we can provide this if you email us. You can change any information stored within the Personal Information section of your account at any time. Data stored within any previous orders remains unchanged if you change your personal information (such as your delivery address) but this can be changed by us if you request it.
If you have used the guest checkout to order without creating an account you can email us and we'll send you the information we have.
Relevant information will be passed on to Stripe or PayPal to process your payment and the Royal Mail to deliver your order. If you choose to sign-up for our newsletter we use Mad Mimi to send the emails.
Your email address and mobile phone number (if you choose to provide it) may be used by the Royal Mail and the delivery company in the destination country (where applicable) for delivery notifications for some tracked services.
We never sell or share customer details with any other companies.
The right to be forgotten
You can request your account be deleted by emailing us. Please be aware that your details will still remain on any orders placed due to VAT regulations. VAT records must be kept for at least six years from the date of creation in accordance with the VAT Act 1994 and HMRC Notice 700/21 October 2013.

If you choose to pay by credit/debit card the details are taken by Stripe or PayPal and are never seen by us.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We send a review invitation after your order has been sent. There is an unsubscribe link at the in the email if you would prefer not to receive any of these emails in future. Other than this we will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. If you choose to subscribe to our monthly email newsletter unsubscribe instructions are included in every email or you can contact us and we will remove your email address.
