Terms & Conditions
All prices on the website are in UK pounds sterling (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. All goods must be paid in full before despatch. Prices include VAT at 20%. A VAT receipt can be supplied on request, the simplest way to do this is by using the comments box during the checkout.
Orders received before 1.30pm (UK time) are sent the same working day, subject to stock availability, except for weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times are a guide and are only guaranteed for Special Delivery and Special Delivery Saturday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery/Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday
Orders sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm on the next working day after despatch. For same day despatch orders must be received by 1.30pm on working days. Saturday is not considered a working day. For guaranteed delivery before 1pm on a Saturday please select Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday.
If you order something that is out of stock it will be sent as soon as the new stock arrives by Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail Airmail.
Any import, customs, taxes or other charges are your responsibility. We will not falsify customs declarations so please do no ask us to mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value. It is illegal to do this.
If you are concerned about the possibility of customs/import charges then check the rules for your country, most will have a threshold below which you will not be charged.
To find out how many reward you have earned, log into your account and your balance will be displayed on the left-hand side of the page.
Rewards points will be added to your account as pending points when your order is despatched. Pending points become available to spend seven days after your order is despatched.
Reward points cannot be earned on delivery charges.
For any goods that are returned reward points earned from the purchase of the goods will be deducted.
Points cannot be transferred from one customer account to another.
Points can only be earned if you have a customer account. If you choose to checkout with creating an account or without logging into your account you will not receive any reward points.
Images and Variation
Images of products shown on this website are not actual size.
No two items made with natural materials such as soapstone or paua shell will be exactly the same. Handmade and hand painted beads (such as the fish) are also all slightly different.
Customers should also note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring.
The word hypoallergenic means having a decreased tendency to provoke an allergic reaction. It is not a guarantee that no one will react to an item of jewellery as it is possible to be allergic to anything.
Heath and Safety
Earrings and body jewellery are potential choking hazards for babies and children. No earrings on this site are suitable for a child less than 3 years old. For children over 3 years old suitability must be determined a parent or guardian.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item you must submit a return authorisation request within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will then send you a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to return your item. Any unauthorised returns may be sent back to you at your cost.
Please remember that all items are legally your responsibility until they are received so we strongly advise that you use a tracked and insured service such as Special Delivery so you are covered if anything gets lost or damaged in the post.
Returns are at your own cost.
There are no additional delivery charges for exchanges. If you choose an item of higher value than the one you are returning you will need to pay the difference. If you choose an item of lower value we will refund the difference.
Returning earrings and body jewellery
Due to their nature and for your health and hygiene earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned if they have been worn (this includes trying on). If your jewellery arrived in a sealed package the seal must remain intact. Any returns that have been worn will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.
Mistakes and faulty items
If you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty you can return it free of charge for a replacement. Please complete the return authorisation request form and we will send you instructions on how to return your item.
If, for any reason, you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you must inform us before your order is despatched, this is usually the same working day for orders placed before 1.30pm GMT. We will refund the full purchase price of the item within 1 working day of the order being cancelled.
